This page presents verified information about individuals and entities associated with Mr. Tothfalussy’s activities. The purpose of this publication is preventive — to ensure that no one can be unknowingly or unintentionally used to facilitate activities that may raise compliance, legal or ethical concerns.
All information will be independently verified, and each individual will be given the opportunity to review and comment before any content is published. This approach is intended to promote transparency and accountability within the broader network.
Andrei Prepupescu, a Romanian citizen, was prominently featured as “Head of E-commerce Sales” in investment materials for Secondlife Electronics Trading LLC that were circulated to potential investors between 2022 and 2024. These materials emphasized exceptionally high returns with apparently minimal risk.
Records in our possession show that Mr. Prepupescu received at least €181,179.78 from entities controlled or directed by Mr. Tothfalussy during 2021–2024—a period in which numerous lenders and investors report having received no repayments on their funds.
Despite multiple direct requests for clarification on the legitimate basis for these substantial payments (e.g., whether they were compensation for documented services, backed by contracts, invoices, and proper tax declarations), Mr. Prepupescu has consistently declined to provide any explanation or supporting documentation.
He has similarly chosen not to respond to questions about his ongoing relationship with Mr. Tothfalussy or his knowledge of the serious concerns raised by affected investors.
Public information confirms that Mr. Prepupescu is employed as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician at Clinica de Recuperare in Sibiu, Romania. Remarkably, however, he continued to be described as a “key person” for Tothfalussy’s Secondlife Electronics Trading LLC as recently as late 2024.
The absence of any transparency from Mr. Prepupescu—despite repeated opportunities to clarify the nature of these transfers—leaves significant unanswered questions, particularly at a time when authorities are actively investigating Mr. Tothfalussy and related activities.
Affected parties deserve straightforward answers. Mr. Prepupescu’s continued silence, even when directly approached for basic information, does nothing to dispel the concerns surrounding these payments. Full cooperation with investors and any official inquiries would be the clearest way to resolve these outstanding issues. We hope he reconsiders his approach before further scrutiny is required.
Eva Bibok, a Hungarian citizen and mother of Andras Tothfalussy, resides at Frankel Leó 6, 2nd Floor Door 24, 1027 Budapest. She was identified as a “key person” in connection with entities linked to Tothfalussy, including Secondlife Electronics Trading LLC, based on financial records showing substantial transfers to her.
Documents in our possession reveal that Ms. Bibok received at least USD 44,133.18 between June 27, 2023, and May 14, 2024, as well as EUR 23,474.74 between May 18, 2021, and December 27, 2021—from entities controlled or directed by Mr. Tothfalussy. These payments occurred during periods when lenders and investors report outstanding unpaid obligations exceeding $3 million and $301,000, respectively.
Despite repeated requests via a detailed questionnaire sent on November 10, 2025, with a deadline of November 18, 2025, Ms. Bibok provided no substantive explanation for the basis of these transfers—such as whether they were for legitimate services, supported by contracts, invoices, or tax declarations. Her response left critical sections blank, offering no details on any professional role, compensation type, or tax compliance, effectively declining to clarify if these were personal gifts or otherwise.
She similarly provided no information on her awareness of Tothfalussy’s fundraising activities, outstanding debts to third parties, or any operational involvement, despite opportunities to do so. Public records do not indicate any formal employment or consulting ties to these entities, raising further questions about the nature of the funds.
The lack of transparency from Ms. Bibok—particularly as the recipient of significant sums during times of reported financial distress for investors—leaves serious concerns unaddressed, especially with authorities actively investigating Mr. Tothfalussy and related matters.
Affected parties deserve answers. Ms. Bibok’s incomplete response and ongoing silence do little to resolve doubts about these payments. We urge her to provide full documentation and cooperate with any inquiries before additional scrutiny becomes inevitable.
