Publicly available information indicates he is employed as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician at Clinica de Recuperare in Sibiu, Romania.
According to records in our possession, Mr. Precupescu received at least EUR 181,179.78 from entities controlled or directed by Mr. Tóthfalussy during 2021 to 2024, a period in which lenders and investors to those entities have reported unpaid obligations.

The Florida record does not state Mark Tothfalussy’s percentage interest, describe any operational decision made by him, or establish liability for the company’s judgment debt.

The German commercial register records Danka Sochova as managing director of Palneca GmbH from 10 May 2023, with authority to represent the company alone. The appointment followed Palneca’s formation and a change in its registered purpose from managing its own assets to the wholesale and retail trade in consumer electronics and household appliances.
Palneca’s filed shareholder list names Reutilise Solutions Ltd as its sole shareholder. UK Companies House records show that Andras Tothfalussy was a director and person with significant control of Reutilise Solutions Ltd before his filed exit in October 2024.
These records establish Ms. Sochova’s formal management role. They do not establish that she was a nominee or that she participated in any wrongdoing.

Ivan Kolompar filings
Reutilise Solutions Ltd · identity discrepancy requiring verification
UK Companies House contains a person-with-significant-control filing under the name Ivan Kolompar, notified with effect from 8 August 2023, and a director appointment under the same name from 18 October 2024. On that same October date, Andras Tothfalussy’s filed roles as director, secretary, and person with significant control ended.
The two Ivan Kolompar entries contain different birth years: July 1982 in the control filing and July 1984 in the director filing. The public register therefore does not establish whether these entries concern one person with inconsistent filed data or two people with the same name.
Reutilise Solutions Ltd was compulsorily struck off and dissolved on 20 May 2025. A Palneca GmbH shareholder list entered in the German register on 10 November 2025 nevertheless names Reutilise Solutions Ltd as Palneca’s sole shareholder.
The sequence is a corporate-control transition that warrants verification. The filings do not establish nominee status, explain the commercial terms of any transfer, resolve the identity discrepancy, or establish wrongdoing by either role-holder.

The Florida record identifies a corporate member rather than a natural person and does not disclose the natural person or persons behind that member. Eternity Roses USA LLC was administratively dissolved on 27 September 2024.
This entry identifies an ownership layer requiring verification; it does not establish that M&A Associates LLC was a nominee or that its owners participated in wrongdoing.
